The activation fee covers software activation, organization and administrator verification, onboarding, branding setup, and network profile creation — not custom web development. External pass-through costs (identity verification, background screening, SMS, specialized insurance) are always disclosed before use. Founding pricing is a charter-market rate and will be reviewed as the network grows — charter members keep their founding rate.
